Data Storage Online Shop and Trade

We point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the online shop operator stores the IP data of the account holder as well as the name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, bank account or credit card number of the customer within the framework of cookies. Furthermore, these data are also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing.

The data you provide are necessary for contract fulfilment and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of transmission of bank account or credit card data to the processing banking institutions or payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company commissioned by us for delivery of goods, to our internet service provider and cloud provider for storage of the mentioned data, to our marketing agency for storage of data in our CRM system maintained there, and to our tax advisor for fulfilment of our tax obligations.

In the event of a contract being concluded, the data is stored for a period of 30 years after the end of the financial year in which the business case was completed, in particular to be able to fulfil tax retention obligations and as long as warranty, damages and product liability claims make it necessary.

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Para 3 TKG and Art 6 Para 1 lit a GDPR (consent) and/or Art 6 Para 1 lit b GDPR (necessary for contract fulfilment).

Supplier and Contractor Management

We receive the data name, commercial register number, address, email address, telephone number, and bank account details from you within the framework of the relationship as supplier and/or contractor of our company. This data is required for contract fulfilment and is furthermore processed for the fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. tax retention obligations or warranty and damages obligations).

We store the data during the business relationship and beyond for a period of 30 years after the end of the financial year in which the business case was completed.
