Trade in your old electric trolley and receive €500

The trade-in program (hereinafter "Promotion") is organised by Golf Tech Golfartikelvertriebs GmbH (hereinafter "Golf Tech"). The Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made through the All4Golf online shop (all4golf.de). There is no entitlement to participate. The Promotion runs until further notice; Golf Tech reserves the right to end or modify the Promotion at any time without giving reasons.

The Promotion is exclusively valid with the purchase of a new BIG MAX e-Ti electric trolley from All4Golf. Other BIG MAX models or products from other brands are excluded from the trade-in program as new devices.

Any electric trolley is accepted as a trade-in device, regardless of brand, model, or condition. The old trolley must be sent without the battery and without the charger. Batteries and chargers must not be included for safety and transport regulatory reasons and remain with the customer. Manual trolleys, push trolleys, or other golf accessories are not accepted.

1. The customer purchases a new BIG MAX e-Ti from the All4Golf online shop. 2. After receiving the e-Ti, the customer receives a form by email with all relevant information and a QR code for returning the old device. 3. Golf Tech organises the free pickup of the old trolley from the customer. 4. After receipt and inspection of the old trolley at Golf Tech, it is professionally recycled. 5. All4Golf then transfers the trade-in bonus of €500 to the bank account specified by the customer.

The old trolley must be ready for pickup within 30 days of receiving the new BIG MAX e-Ti. After this deadline, the entitlement to the trade-in bonus expires.

The trade-in bonus is €500 and is paid by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the customer in the form. Payment is made after receipt and successful inspection of the old trolley at Golf Tech. There is no entitlement to cash payment or credit.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount promotions, vouchers, or special offers.

The customer's statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this Promotion. In the event that the customer returns the new BIG MAX e-Ti under their right of withdrawal, the following rules apply: a) If the old trolley has already been received by Golf Tech and recycled, a return of the old device is no longer possible. In this case, the customer will be refunded the purchase price of the e-Ti minus the already granted trade-in bonus of €500. b) If the old trolley has not yet been sent or is still in transit, the entitlement to the trade-in bonus is forfeited without replacement. The purchase price of the e-Ti will be refunded in full.

Upon handover of the old trolley to the logistics provider commissioned by Golf Tech, ownership of the old device transfers to Golf Tech. The old trolley is then professionally recycled. A return of the old device is excluded after handover.

Golf Tech assumes the organisation and costs of transport. Golf Tech is not liable for damage or loss of the old trolley during transport, provided the customer has handed over the device properly and ready for transport. The entitlement to the trade-in bonus remains unaffected, provided the shipment has verifiably been made.

Golf Tech reserves the right to exclude participants from the Promotion where there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse. This applies in particular where it is apparent that old devices were acquired solely for the purpose of claiming the trade-in bonus.

The responsible entity for processing personal data collected in connection with this Promotion is Golf Tech Golfartikelvertriebs GmbH, Vienna. The collected data (name, address, phone number, email address, bank details, invoice number, and purchase date) is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling the trade-in program — in particular for organising the pickup of the old trolley, verifying eligibility, and paying the trade-in bonus. Data is only shared with third parties insofar as this is necessary for carrying out the Promotion (e.g. with the commissioned logistics provider). After completion of the Promotion, data will be deleted in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, unless legal retention obligations apply. The law of the Republic of Austria applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
